And if they have any respect for you, they will not find it rude if you do not have sex with them. Sex is never an obligation; you are free to say no, as are they.

Drunk doesn't count, obviously, because you can't consent while intoxicated. And that's his exact point--his brother is trying to take advantage of Tadano while she's drunk.

Tesshi and Tadano have never actually had an coherent conversation about fucking. Either she's been drunk or he's been delirious from the dreaded Romance Manga Fever. Obviously they should have that conversation sometime soon, because they're both down bad, but that doesn't change that it hasn't happened yet. Lil bro is just attacking Tesshi's manhood to deflect away from his own attempt at date rape.

I haven't read the rest of the story of course, but either this is a contrived coincidence that the alleged creep and the MC are brothers, or that the creep actually knew about her from his brother and concocted this whole plan to force his big bro to move on. Being the optimist that I am, I'd like to believe it's the former. A lot of assholes irl, but I'd like to believe that at least in fiction, characters aren't always caricatures of good and bad, or at least they shouldn't be.
