What an unfortunate wretch our MC is, despite the silly premise I find it easy to empathize with him. However, since status quo never changes in these things, I think that the story might soon turn from funny to mentally torturous if the funni of every chapter is pretty much just MC's unfulfilled desires and self sacrifice.

EDIT: luckily my worry appears to be unfounded, the story is actually developing. Iam happy.
