Sorry for the delay and thanks for your patience. I was foolishly mistaken when I thought I'd have more time. To be fair, I was 75% done a few months ago. It just took a while to get around to typesetting / proofreading.

I'd like to finish things in a somewhat reasonable time frame, so I'm tempted to skip the sfx cleaning/translation. That's probably the most substantial work for the least benefit. I'm not sure what people care about, so feel free to leave a comment.

I guess I could always go back and clean things up after I finish the quick translations. That would leave a worse first impression though (and aggregators would probably miss the updates).

No worries friend, thanks for providing us with this great manga. I've had many boners throughout reading this.

@SpringLily Thanks for all the translation! I reread a few chapters paying close attention to the cleaning and sfx, and you're amazing! A couple of those I can't even imagine how you did the redrawing. So, as far as efficiency goes, annotation on any context critical sfx would be nice, as long as you're satisfied with the flow.

PRN: spelling on pg 17: parish ➞ perish. On pg 20 I do think the assassin was thinking to herself about her magic being cut

Personally if I have to wait several days (or even months) just for good looking cleanups and sfx - I'd rather have something rough much quicker. Its a trade-off. I'm willing to wait more for better food at a restaurant but not several hours even if it turns out delicious. That's my take but you should just ignore it and do whatever you want ofc.

Anyways, I love this manga so thank you so much for keeping this up!

Thanks for translating. Don't worry about taking a while to get things up, you're putting this out for free for us all to enjoy so no one should be complaining if real life delays things. On the sfx, I'm personally not fussed on seeing them cleaned, so long as there's a translation for them next to them or in the margin to know what they are then I'm good with it.

yea I'm confused on the spell too
ラアム or raamu doesnt have much that it would equate to. neither rarm nor larm are words I know of. it's not ram because that would just be ラム. and if the ラ is part of thunder (which would be uncommon), then even amu doesn't have much

I'm pretty sure it's the assassin thinking "she can cut through magic" given that assassin is the one in panel
if it's giving prize as the translation, I think gift is prob'ly what it's going for. at least I'm rather used to seeing natural traits be called gifts in this type of setting

as far as SFX goes, I've actually reached the point where I prefer the original to be kept. they're usually drawn in a way where they could context what they're intended for. I might be biased since I can read katakana fine, but I also find that english sfx words just don't have the same oomph
I've seen lots of translators just but the sfx translations in the margins if it's a concern for you
