Is it possible that EXARMS are just parts of his body? He did have a memory of having being rebuilt after the accident. Maybe they made him an amazing body and somebody butchered him at the 2020 olympics which caused the incident. It kinda connects that the first EXARM is an arm revealed in the series is an arm.

Ah yes, the classic 'bad cop/good cop' act – first threaten him with being sealed away and then make him feel sympathetic by taking him to the crime scene. Not much of a choice, though, MC would naturally agree to work with them.
My only wish is that he'd try to look for ways to betray them and escape, but so much for that – just look at how they try to justify their actions: "Oh look, I'm a cute girl that cares about poor kids! How dare you refuse to cooperate with our righteous police, you evil box!"

This "out of place technology" and "you're the ruin of humanity" shit is getting a bit retarded. Technology needs a base, it needs industry. Unless it's time travel, it's dumb as fuck to just say that they have technology that doesn't exist. Someone had to develop it.

Would've much rather the mangaka just ran with "eh, yeah, you're an experimental super advanced prototype, the first and only of it's kind" instead of... whatever dumb fuckery that they seem to be planning. Because they are no where near as clever as they think they are.
