Yeah it's weird that marking something as dropped on dex still counts as following the title instead of hiding the title

yeah, it's already hidden in the "updates (followed title)" page, but it's still showing in the "latest update (global)" page

Click the DROPPED/reading icon on the manga's page, hit the bell icon so that it's black instead of yellowish orange (provided your on dark mode like me) and it will stop updating that manga on your feed for new chapters, technically you can even do this for chapers your reading but if you want to hide one that's how you do it.
