I have some beer in my fridge called "Dragon's Milk" that is 11% ABV. It's a bourbon barrel-aged stout. (4 bucks a bottle, I think...) According to their website they have a once-per-year release of a "Triple Mash" bourbon barrel-aged stout that is 18.7% ABV. God knows what that costs. That must be some really hearty yeast to have (Edit...) NOT been killed off well below that.
