Failed Uploading

I've been trying to upload some manga but it keeps stopping halfway through. The bar stays at its current level of completion but it stops moving. As well as this the uploading button switches from saying uploading to saying upload.

@SadaoMaou Is the file size over 100 mb? Is your internet slow?

The file size is 25mb but my internet can be slow at times. I'll try again at a time when it's faster.
