Kinda funny but Aldoron made a very good point there. It's no different than human eating animals. He's a dragon god so he's consuming large amount of nutrients, like a panda eating 12kg of bamboo per day to get the nutrients needed. Is that too much? No, it's essential for their survival. Who are you to dictate it's wrong? Because they are humans? But to a Dragon God, human are mere livestock for consumption, like animals livestock are to humans.

@Xystus Correct me if wrong, but I remembered that Sea Dragon God actually didn't need to drain that much resource. Granted, their size is different (nut what is their comparison? 1: 100 maybe?), so it can be said 300k human is already much more than enough for him... So he just killed it because he want it... Like how human can over eat something just because they want, not because their body need it for survival.

He's not a real god. The dragon 'gods' are just very powerful dragons who also tend to have worshipers. So it's less like humans vs. animals and more that he's acting like a fat, greedy king. One that could serve to lose a little off the top, if you know what i mean.

@Yasyar @Kayriel ehh, different dragon different eating habit, like how the Arctic people have different diet than tropical people etc. That said he said it's for nutrients, and he's using them solely as livestock, like how human breed chickens and give them food to make them fat and healthy, only for consumption in the end. That's really not much difference if you ask me. It's just different point of view, just that Natsu is viewing them from the chicken POV and think it's wrong. We also see him being static at one place too, not like he goes around the world and consume everything in the path. He just nurture the human on top of him and eat them.

@BanditHadron Yep! that's because Hiro Mashima is making up for it the original series's final fights got rushed because of Edens Zero. This is how the original series would've been if it wasn't rushed

This chapter was EPICNESS !!!!!! I predicted Dragon Force Natsu would appear , I think this kinda confirms E.N.D isn't gone , Or else Aldoron just meant Natsu's reborn ( revival ) as a Demon when Zeref revived him back then

@AngleBoi7 Zancrow's God Flames would've been nice to see though!

@andibad Actually it's just Ignia's leftovers that's in Natsu he won't lose control because he only did when he absorbed huge amount of Ignia's flames , This flame right now he has is like Lightning the remains of it
