I think how this is going to be is that they will lose their next tournament and the 3rd years will leave and that will kinda be Teppei's goal. To win with the team and all that jazz. Baba and Kusakabe will grow and become more reliable. New first years will be introduced and they will become a powerhouse. Then journey to nationals then internationals (italy).
