It'd still be an issue. Apple is being a brat and restricting both charging and data unless you use their proprietary cable. If you try charging with a standard Android USB-C cable then you might as well be using USB 1.0, capped at 5V 1A and 1.5Mbps.

From my short research, it looks like an oppo A11 from 2019. The text on it even seems to spell the name of the company, even though the design is not exactly one-to-one.
