It could be Shen, but I don't think so since mummy guy was seen in the same chapter as a living Shen in the mansion (see chapter 156).

Well, the other option is that the Forest Hero has always had that ghostly tail, and his soul left his body but didn't move on, and started following them because Tachibana was carrying that memory fragment. So, maybe he manages to revive in a non zombie state of some kind, because two of three parts got away from Death.
