ROFL. That name. "triste fan" would be (roughly) translated to english as "boring bastard" or "sad sod" (or any number of such second word), although the connotation is a bit less negative (although still not positive) than english makes it.

bet the skill slumber makes her skills even more powerful longer see sleeps there is a manga where the mc becomes an adventurer to go into a dungeon to get an item to save his sister and when someone becomes an adventurer they will receive a skill by the queen and the skill he got is breathing when he breaths in and out he gets stronger aka lvl up faster than anyone, and i feel its like that more sleep= more power
