wasn't he need magic attributes sword to summon ubw?, illyaverse he doesn't have avalon right, so his magic attributes might no be a sword make him unable summon ubw?

Unlimited Blade Works is the result of the concept of swords being both their Origin and their Elemental Affinity (due to their fusion with Avalon), and the basis of their Projection and Reinforcement skills. It is the definite ability obtained by someone whose life was saved by a sword, actually merged and lived with a sword, and acted as a sword all of their life.

Yes, every Shirou (that got Avalon thats it) has their own reality Marble, but on this case is pretty similar to Heavens Feel Shirou, that they are basically hijacking Archer's power instead of their own. In this case is less deadly than Archer's arm though, but when their contract is over miyuverse Shirou should lose most of his power. he MIGHT get UBW but might take years (HF Shirou could master Archer arm in about a decade, probably this Shirou could do it sooner due to his better training)

Something that I just thought about is if Sakura had Rule Breaker from that fight, she most likely still has the Berserker Lancelot card in her possession. Wonder if that will come into play in the future too.

from my understanding he just on the end of the rope (actually near death on that moment) and have to borrow Archer Power and tried to win the War in one night.

Well we know this Shirou got far more experience as fighter and magus compared to FSN Shirou, so i doubt he's not able to conjure UBW by himself without Archer help at all. i just can't see how a regular guy who's practicing archery and sometimes magic can be more experienced compared to guy who's world is on brink of collapse and knew his fate and duty from the start and actually got mentored for that spesific reason.
