Nice to see Flat from Lord El-Melloi II Case Files becoming master in Holy Grail war. And we already know Jack's true identity from Fate/Apocrypha, wonder if here it's the same. Flat was in first episode of anime Fate/Apocrypha too...

Flat appeared here first, and Jack's identity isn't the one in Apocrypha, or maybe it is, you can't summon the real Jack the Ripper, but you can summon people who killed prostitutes in London, also this Jack turns into Apo Jack whenever he tries to turn into a kid and mentions they feel comfortable in that and one other form

Well, not exactly. Strange Fake's Jack is a berserker class, and I bet he's in a pseudo-berserker sub-category for a servant.
Apo Jack is in the assassin class and the heroic spirit system thingamajig summoned her that way
In this instance, It's a fake holy grail war; meaning that there are going to be a lot of pseudo-servants like Artoria alter & Jalter from FGO and are going to be registered in the heroic spirit system that way.
