Mori got his head split only to unite it back with his head then regen it is pretty hardcore.

That said Li seems to be the superior fighter here as he can dispatch Mori through skill alone without using NP. They just dropped their guard too soon as they probably never fought a servant in this war before thus has no idea what kind of bullshit a servant can do.

In his defense, piercing the head or heart is usually enough to shatter their core. Not every Servants are equipped with Potent Regen that allows them to survive something that lethal

Mori should be stronger than Li if only barely, however by skill alone I think Li's way above Moris league without a proper master.
Still no way ma boe would die to something like that.
