Not all of us celebrate the most profitable holiday of the year, but I'm assuming most have watched at least some Christmas movies.

And, we all want to know which is your favorite? Classics, horror, religious, Hallmark, modern, Die Hard, anything is fine. Even the Christmas episode of a TV show is acceptable.

For me, it's a tie between the first Rugrats special and Christmas Vacation. They're not the best, but they give me the most nostalgia which is what I want in a Christmas movie.

I have a short list, in addition to Home Alone:
The Nightmare Before Christmas
Ernest Saves Christmas
MST3K's riffing on Santa Claus Conquers the Martians
Bad Santa
1941 (fun to do in a double feature following Tora! Tora! Tora!, which is decidedly not a Christmas film)

Silent Night Deadly Night is a good horror movie if anyone's interested. The original, not the remake.

In terms of modern options, Krampus was actually enjoyable, though it was mostly a comedy.

The green cockroach casserole music theme. I forgot the movie's name.

Freaking rhyme... green cockroach casserole.

What a first Christmas Movie. It made anime look heavenly to me.
