My favorites are kyou kara ore wa, bebop high school, nanba mg5/deadend, gokusen, holyland, and angel densetsu.

Ones that I think are worthy of mention are kiku, crows, QP, bakkuon rettou, clover, saru lock, shibatora.

I have ones I think are not that great but I'll keep that to myself for now

I think bebop high school is criminally underrated among the delinquent manga fan circle. Go read it!

Angel Densetsu- has horrible art (gets better) but is one of the funniest things I have ever read. I think the bad art actually plays into how funny it is

Banana Fish is my absolute favorite but I second Holyland and GTO.

Maybe HEADS fits here as well. I have to admit I also enjoyed Ookami no Monshou.

I started reading Rainbow about a year ago and really enjoyed it. I'm not sure why I stopped. I think I probably ran out of chapters.

I think maybe I have more which could fit here but I'm not sure where to draw the line sometimes Xd

Im still new reading the delinquent genre, but I recommend Out, it has detailed plot along with interesting characters.
