trying to find a manga

so basically my friend was talking about it but idk how credible the stuff she said is. anyways. she said that:

• male character with a surgical eye patch (emphasis on surgical)
• female character is encouraged by her friends to become a mangaka
• male characters name looked like the word ‘aioli’(?)
• only has a manga and no anime yet (take this one with a grain of salt)

what i think:

• not too niche of a manga, however i did not know what she was talking about at ALL.
• most likely romance
• most likely school slice of life
• either drama or comedy
• mid 2010s to early 2020s

plsssssss help she has no idea what it’s called and this has been stuck in my head for ages
