I'm honestly will use that reaction a lot if we have one. But please let it contain 0 score, just like the drink, confused, thinking and dumb reaction. It's just a fear, not disliking or anything.

Agree that it should have zero score impact. Sometimes you’re just spooked by a sudden horror panel or creepy reveal, but it’s not the same as disliking the chapter or the post itself. A fear reaction would be fun and pretty fitting for a lot of manga genres.

neutral reactions: (or evaluative reactions = giving a value to the post)
"like" "not like" "agree"
"thinking" "confused"
"useful" "dumb"

emotion reactions: (how you feel about it)
"funny" "love"
"drink" (=depressed) "sad"
"wow" "angry"

as far as basic emotions go, there are more than one emotion missing
"happy"
