Separate alert/notification dropdown list for reactions

I've seen this suggestion, but, as there is a separate page in account for Reactions received, i was wondering if making a separate (toggleable?) dropdown list for reactions only (next to alerts icon in the top bar) could be possible in Xenforo?
This way alerts for reactions and other stuff could be split between two icons (by disabling alerts for reactions).
