As the Canary version has the new comment style now, I've seen some things that could be improved.
  1. I would change it to paginated from infinite scroll.
  2. The Reply Feature should be changed to make multi-replies possible.
  3. Way more reaction type emojis are required.
Also, I find them pretty unambitious at the moment. There are no Xenforo limits any more, so having less features seems pretty weird. Good for a start, however

5. Then change them to Octagons instead :D
Did you create a new suggestion instead of overwriting one?
5. Let users pick between circles, squares and maybe some other shapes.

I was working on had made plans for a project in which users could choose which shape they want their profile pictures to be in.
They could choose between a circle and a lot of regular polygons. The more sides you add the more it just looks like a circle so at some point it feels unnecessary.
Triangles look weird for pfps but some can still pull it off.

What I'd really like to see are more reaction emojis for variety. I and a lot of people have asked for this many times.
Also being able to use all the Unicode emojis would be fun for groupchats but it could create issues like on some other sites where everything and anything with a character or real person in something even slightly revealing get blessed by copious amounts of rain, fruits and vegetables. It's funny to look at but takes away creativity and reasoning from people imo.
So more of what we already have in the forums would be kinda better.

But hey it's just starting out so we can hope for more good things to be added. 👍

Honestly, it will likely be divided in between "thanks for the chap" or "FIRST LOL!"
There used to be a firstpost in the first V5 thread (once the forums came back up after HOMBREEEEE) - it's been removed at some point - and there was a mod warning on it that stated 'User has been set on fire for this firstpost' or something to that effect. I can see something similar happening at a much larger scale on the mainsite chapter/title feeds.

I expect to see these types of twitter-like posts to bypass the text limit:
Part 1: bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla
Part 2: bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla
Part 3: bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla

Are you telling me in the year we are living in at the current time, comments have a limit less than 2000 characters?
I don't know Xenforo's limits but it's enough to analyse and correct the translation of a 50 pages chapter, so I really can't fathom why someone would use anything less for a site where correcting the translation of a 50 pages chapter is not unheard of.
