I mean, i've never used any of these services but other than an in-person consultation, i imagine your height and sizes would be on file somewhere , if not some special notes like "My size is medium ,but i prefer 'flowy' clothes that are a bit looser versus anything 'tight'/an exact fit"

I guess the ghosts haunt the clothes they last used, so the subscription stylists is basically doing some spiritual laundering fraud by renting them out first so the ghosts don't haunt her.
