just read the last TL chapter of the novel, quite happy of this end. can't bring myself to like how it goes in the novel.

@WhiteCherryBlossom actually, i dunno. under normal circumstances this has clearly passed the 3 month limit but in this case the series has been in hiatus; there has been no signs of a new chapter as far as i'm concerned. so IMO, if there IS indeed a new chapter, it's up for grabs in my opinion. but for current chapters, there's not much reason to redo them unless you somehow could pull of a better quality one (which is always welcome)

I wouldn't bother with this one, I'd say read up to chapter 27 then quit. It turns into real hot garbage after that. Especially as the art quality continues to depreciate along with the story.

you know...one year may be a long hiatus, but i'm preety sure that HxH and D.Gray-man has longer hiatuses...but at least we know that their mangakas are still alive. god knows what happens in china

@Wolvenworks According to MangaUpdates two different artists have handled the adaptation so far? If that's from the artist changing part way through, changing it again because the new one can't continue wouldn't be much of a stretch. Just a question of "do we even want to bother?" Still, as you say a one year hiatus may feel long to us, but it's not like people haven't taken longer ones and come back to something eventually. Except that dude who writes Freezing. He just makes new series whenever he gets bored, gets bored again and throws them on indefinite hiatus until the heat death of the universe. I'm not sure he understands what a hiatus is supposed to be.
