The mc is such a douche lol i kinda get the hate towards his useless companions but Lanuvel? She really is just a nice girl.

Glad to see the MC still sticking up for himself. I have no sympathy for his kidnappers, even Lanuvel. The getaway driver is equally guilty to the people grabbing the person in a kidnapping case, in my view. The instructor and gods are self-righteous hypocrites, they should be scorned and ignored by the MC. They obviously can't be trusted, since they went back on their word once already. Who's to say that any part of their story is true, and that they don't intend to repeat the process over for their own sick amusement?

@Valinur I'm genuinely confused about the hate the goddess tutor is getting. Every time she shows up it's just gnashed teeth from the comments.
So far she hasn't done anything but tell him not to be a dick when he's been a dick, and that's just her job. Not to mention she's already said she'll lose it if he doesn't "graduate" this time so chances are she's in a similar boat as him. And what's with this "hypocrite" thing? MC didn't even know they existed when the story starts, so it's unlikely they promised him anything... in fact after he kills the demon king the goddess has to inform him of who she is, so they never met beforehand. Maybe it'll be covered in later chapters, but as of right now I don't really see a problem here except for the fact he was being tested unawares and sent back to the start of his adventure.
From what it looks like right now, it looks like the world summons the heroes and the gods just keep them there until they've shown enough good character to go back and be decent people in their worlds. I think that's kinda messed up, yeah, but it's not the worst thing. Again, later chapters may prove them worse but for right now I'm just totally confused.

Since this is going to me mentioned waaayyy later (at least in the novel), I thought I'd mention it now. Lanuvel purposely leads the hero party into trap infested corridors, just to see what will happen. He has his own method of telling whether that's the case or not that he uses later on.

Those guild jobs and side tracking by Lanuvel made him gain experience and knowledge, he didn't knew he could just buy weakened slaves to kill so he can exp boots, not like the raw number of exp or even stat boost can help without actual experience he use now.
Just because you used a cheat on the character in a game, doesn't mean you will know everything.
Also, Lanuvel was hired to summon him, be angry at her boss. She isn't the main culprit.
