These people running the tests are fucking fools. They repeatedly tell him to treat the people around him with respect and care, yet everything about the tests says they aren't really people at all. They can reset time, so nothing MC does has any lasting consequences for the world or the people. Other candidates have done objectively worse things is certain situations for selfish reasons, yet MC is trash because everything he does is selfish. Even when sometimes it turns out better for the world anyway. When they have already admitted that nothing he does really matters to the world and people, meaning he is the only person that actually matters at all.

They are telling him nothing he does to others matters, yet admonish him for being selfish. When the self is the only thing that matters. Fucking. Fools.

Pretty much yeah.
This entire manga makes literally no sense from a conceptual standpoint, and the characters are either blatantly braindead, cruel or both, but it is a neat story nontheless and I really wonder where the heck this trainwreck of a series will end.

I assume MC will become the new demon lord and just permanently be stuck in infinite simulations, being destined to be defeated by the new and upcoming heroes.
