Fill up the tags details

This is a reminder for the staff I suppose...
You know if a user click a tag from a series, they'll be directed on a page that's all about those tag right?
I notice some of them have details on what the tag was about and some of them don't.

For example the tags "Slice of Life" does not have details:

But then when you check out the other such as "Comedy" it have quite the details on it:

My suggestion is as the thread titled, please fill up the details for that tag (Slice of Life) and other tags that also doesn't have details on them.
I mean I guess most people probably get what those tags already mean in general but, some of them probably don't, so why not fill the details on it.

Also, personally the fact that it empty is just a wee bit bothering me.
Also also, if this already being suggested my apologies in advance.

@ABCsOfLife Unsure if we'll be sticking to this tag system or overhauling it for a new one. If we stick with this one, will definitely open them to contribs for editing.
