Filter chapter languages not saving

When i go into settings and try to filter chapter languages it doesnt work. Even before trying to filter any language the text in the box is grey "all langs". How do i fix this? It would be pretty good if i could filter every language exept for english.

@Evandel after marking English with the tick from the drop down, are you clicking on save?
