If there's something "deeper" about this manga it's how easy it is to recognize Efa from her hair/moles. The censorship stickers, they do nothing! This is a teachable moment for anyone posting softcore of themselves who wants to stay anonymous.

Were this series trying to be realistic, I'd agree. But it's very much borderline smut with 51% plot and 49% ecchi. It started with the thicc girl falling crotch first on his face so he can see her cheek mole- tells us all we need to know about what the author will do to get the girls into lewd poses.

author isn't even trying with the character design. this is literally Efa with black hair.

While it is refreshing I can't say I have high hopes.

We spun the wheel of ecchi girl character generation and landed on: Glasses, plain girl, extroverted otaku, handsy, curvy. It's all over the place like bacon-maple-jalapeno-ice cream. Seems chaotic at first but it somehow works.

Maybe it’ll be a plot point in the future, but I’m honestly surprised they haven’t done the whole “controversy over having a photographer” thing yet.

Given how wacky Japan/etc is over idols and influencers, the fact that she went from taking her own pics to having a photographer would raise all kinds of flags for rabid parasocial fans to speculate and harass over potential boyfriends and such.
