Filter the /titles/feed page by "reading status"

I imagine some people want to display more than "just the books they're reading" in their feeds.

But personally, I don't want to see the books I've dropped in my feed... ditto for those I've paused. I think it pollutes my feed.

So, it would be nice to be able to configure this in our settings so that everyone can set up their feed as they wish.

You can change that however you want for each title by clicking the bell.

I know this feature, but it does the job only halfway.
For example, in my current usage, I'd like to be able to filter the feed display for “Reading” items only.
When I've finished reading these items, I'd like to be able to display¹ the “Plan to Read” ones... then the “On Hold”.
And I don't see myself switching the “bell”, by hand for the 600+ books in each of these “playlists”.
¹: Because I like to start with books that are active, it keeps me from getting hype by something that hasn't been updated in ~4 years.
