Ah, no, that was a mistake when I made the gallery. It's actually drawn and authored by his assistant, Kokikuji You. Fixed it now.

Kokikuji actually commented on his twitter that he was inspired by Villainess Isekai stories when he drew this, and I think you can really see it in the storytelling.

This is legitimately interesting. Like, I actually paused eating breakfast ‘cause I was so absorbed into the story. I’m not so fond of slasher manga, but this one takes the cake in making fun of all the tropes!
