Read it ages ago, hated it because it wasn't slice of life. But feeling sad so going to hit myself with nostalgic pain.
Manga was about a bunch of kids who are effectively immortal. The don't age but can be killed via other means. They are constantly running from a invisible black rain that can make them age thus die. They time travel to the future where only old children are left due to disease or genetic mutation. I think there were massive mantis as well.
After some deaths and black rain. The group went to samurai era.
