Yeah, not hating on you at all for not liking Haumea. These are opinions about a fictional character.
I'm having a blast reading Fire Force, but I'll admit I'm not reading it for the plot. It's a style-over substance thing for me. Still not sure why the cult's goal wanting to burn the entire earth. What's in it for them? I mean, it has something to do with religion, but that's pretty damn extreme. Yet I simply forget about that until it gets brought up again.
The Arrow fanservice panel made me go, "Why the hell would that even cross your mind, Haumea? Out of everything that's happening, you decide to rip half of Arrow's clothes off and give her a full-body vibrating massage?" It was so freaking random and cracked me up. Sidenote: Arrow looks so huggable.
Came here from the anime, which I didn't like for the first 7 or 8 episodes but ended up sitting through and having fun. It had colorful animation and good music, there was a cute badass girl with muscles and a cool hat, lots of other likeable characters, crazy fights. I hated Tamaki, but she gets a little better in the manga (it's not for several more chapters after this).
I still wouldn't whole-heartedly recommend Fire Force and insist "don't give up, it gets good after x many chapters / episodes!" It's a hit-or-miss series.
