Some of you guys are forgetting the difference between "assualt" and "sexual assualt" he most likely was assaulting sister because he quite blatantly loves her. So whoever got in control of shinra, or he went insane for some reason, wanted to either ruin his life, or because he went crazy, he went for his crush. I assume Iris is all fine and healed up now, not sexually assaulted as many have assumed.
