You know, the idea of getting Lisa and Sho back from the white clad is all well and good. But in any real world Lisa is at least guilty of joining a bunch of terrorists of her own will, manipulated or not, and Sho is a commander so he's been ordering people to use those fire bugs that have killed people at the least as well. Not really stuff that can be ignored.

Yeah, I see what you mean. Tamaki got put on probation for being an accomplice to Rekka's experiments, and she had no idea what he was doing.
Lisa would be facing serious jail time.

Being real though, if we were going to go the real world route she wouldn't really be charged with anything (or at the very least would be acquitted/not face consequences). Judging by how Giovanni said he took her after her parents died as flame humans, she was likely a minor at the time so Giovanni essentially groomed her into being a terrorist. I don't remember the name of what this is called legally, but I'm pretty sure using minors to do something illegal doesn't mean the minor is at fault.

If you want to be real. Law is always ambiguous until proven guilty by the judge. It ALWAYS can be ignored. Courtroom is another field of battle
