I think the last 2 panels in combination say: "That's how it is" "going to be".

I read the raws. The last two panels on the last page should be fixed like so:

"Th-that's how it is." -> "Yes, we are." (baka-kun is responding to "So are you guys like, dating?")
"...de gozaru." -> "...You heard him." OR "...It's as he said." or some kind of affirmation to the second panel.

There are more translation errors, but they're pretty minor at worst.
