Naked Akane! The cool fire dude was pretty chill actually. Still rooting for my sisters over in Norway.

I'm just going to assume Mom didn't panic or anything about magical creatures clearly absconding with Akane because the cats didn't seem bothered, so the little magical creatures PROBABLY explained to the cats.

While she isn't a witch she is still from a witch family, being Akane's aunt and all so she is probably pretty used to things like this.

Potentially my favourite thing about this series in the clothes; a lot of other series have their characters all in the same outfit/small handful of outfits where this one has them constantly changing it up which makes them feel much more realistic.

It is a draw back of the tight schedule for most manga. There isn't much time to make new outfits, wheres with one chapter every two months you got way more time to make more details. Part of the reason why I kinda wish more manga was treated more like books, they are done when they are done kind off thing.

a bunch of chapters back Akane stopped time in basically all of Tokyo.
we already had some pretty wild stuff, but its always presented in such a laid back way that most of it doesn't register as 'wild' (at least not for very long)

Huh, so Akane is working on broadening the amount a witch can meddle with the world. Then she and Makoto are the two witches who will teach the prophesied 'child' who will establish the '10th' form of magic- maybe a magic that non-witches can use? To better broaden the amount of interactions that can be done?

Nahh, makoto and akane in fact already teach the prophesied child

It was chinatsu most definitely from my opinion, remember what the prophecy says?
"In the days past, dark and light leave the same basket.
From There the 10-th of this world will begin.
The child fruit heals and the vessel sprout. (Guess who got magic even though it has no magic initially? )
The darkness and the light set foot in the east and become the child guiding hand, the child will choose a path.
Will the child become ten or stay as one. (Also guess who just turned ten? )"

So i guess the future development or at least this sabath will involve chinatsu a lot

she already familiar with the magical creatures, her reaction is because someone try to kidnap Akane, like a strange person just broke in her house and kidnap her kid.

I mean if you saw Flying Care Bears abscond with your niece through a dimensional door. You be thrown off guard as well.
