I was re-reading and in ch. 70 pg. 4 Akane did mention about finding a magic to change perception, at that point it was about the possibility of changing the perception of vomiting to be cool.

She must have done some work on this as she managed to do this kind of alteration in this chapter.
That certainly wasn’t a foreshadowing I expect.
