This is SCP-173's younger, cuter brother, orrr SCP-173 himself is too grotesque to appear in this manga, so it had to be simplified.

As per the prophecy, I think it involves Makoto (Dark), Amane (Light), and Chinatsu (Child). Though, I couldn't understand what the "Tenth of this world" and "Become ten or stay as one" pertains.

The object appears to be a common stuffed Teddy bear. Analysis confirms the design coincides with toys produced by the [DATA EXPUNGED] Toy Company.

The object is currently classified as SCP-173-B, as its anomalies closely resemble that of -173. Until further details can be found to substantially differentiate the two SCPs, these designations will apply.

Contrary to SCP-173, SCP-173-B seems to prefer distancing itself further from human contact, though it never seems to avoid humans to such an extent it tried to hide itself from view, merely moving a fixed distance between 3 and 5 meters away from the closest human to itself. Similar to SCP-173, -173-B's method of movement is unknown, though its similarly almost instantaneous and only occurs when no human has it in their line of sight.

SCP-173-B us currently held in [REDACTED] and classified as eucalid. Requires security level 3 and above to acceessit for testing, and o less than persons must be present when attempting to retrieve the object from containment.

My first guess is the decision regarding spreading of magic - become ten being spreading magic to unknowing ones... Though prophecies could bite an arse because they are annoying. Reminds me of Kino no Tabi one, though it was very amusing there. Except mass murded thing.

ah, sorry, didn't click on the spoiler tag under recycledcabbage, otherwise wouldn't have posted the same thought =D Tho, is it a spoiler if all that info is already covered in earlier chapters? This is more speculation right?

@HDMI1 I forgot how she is ten as well and the mention of that number in the prophecy. Good catch! If it IS a matter of choosing between the two, I'd hope Chinatsu finds a way to bridge it regardless- she's proven to be quite adaptable, perhaps even beyond the scope of what even Akane and Makoto could have expected.

Further reading into this- Knochen Herzblut- quick translate gives German: Bones Heart Blood...? dunno what to do with that. Thought maybe the "healing fruit" and "vessel sprouting" referred to Makoto's baby drakes and her general ability to create, but then if it refers to Chinatsu, maybe not.
