it's happen few times since idk forgot about this, first though this is a small mistake in my browser caching side...
so the bug is happens when one of your manga followed gets new chapter(s) and after server caching it the last chapter changed to another language tag (by admin or uploader) then this bug happens, showing the last uploaded chapter even its not there anymore (basically is there, but my language setting prevent it to show).
