Follow up of code originally in news directory

I only continued an old post discussion with new code approach. Since this forum directory (tech & programming) did not exist in the pass.
Maybe a thread move here by a MOD, would fix that.

Sorry I never think of using Report that way. I always have a negative connotation in mind re: to report. Well it's now in a more appropriate forum.
