Follows > "Last Updated" only for language

Hi there, I've looked a bit here and didn't see anything suggesting that.
It may be a little complex to add or adapt but my request would be that in the follow list I get many manga that are said updated (gets on top list) although they do not have any new chapter added in any language I've selected.
This would be a really useful adding to get updates to be acknowledged only if they are in the language list.
Meaning if the manga gets an update in an unselected language, it doesn't push it back in the top list.

If I may add too another request, it would be to show (mostly in the case the manga isn't available in any language selected) what language it it available (without having to unselect all languages, check, and redo filter).
