Function to add note for each manga that can be seen in the Update tab

Hi Admin,

I often read manga on MangaDex in two languages: Vietnamese and English. Sometimes when a new chapter is released in English, I read it right away. Later, when the same manga updates in Vietnamese, I click on it again without realizing, which leads to reading the same chapter twice.

It would be very helpful to have a note function where viewers can add a short text note to each manga. For example, I could mark one manga as “English only” and another as “Vietnamese only.” With a note displayed next to the manga name, I could easily avoid re-reading chapters in the wrong language.
