Add some CSS transformation to highlight the main page comment tab switch

I've been browsing to the series forum threads manually for days now because there was not enough of a visual change when switching tabs, so I simply thought the "go to the series thread" button was broken.
Something on the page moving and catching my attention could have prevented that.
