Follows page language filtering :implemented:

My /follows page is currently completely cluttered with other language translation, making it really hard for me to clearly see what new chapters of the manga I follow are out.

Is there was a way to filter out languages that would be so nice. Currently about 60-70% of the page is translations in russian/french/portuguese when I only read English
