@manabi i know this isn't a good translation, and the whole ch13 situation really did suck if it wasnt for that i would have just waited for the miracle. i only did it because i thought the ch13 troll would do it worse. i think for the common fan this is better then nothing. it really is a good manga and laying it to rest won't help. i hope more knowledgeable people then me can step up and do this manga justice.

@CrowIsLookind If there's sections you can't translate at all, that's a sign you shouldn't be releasing it. Contact some of the other people who've done releases, ask them if you can help to get releases out sooner instead.

It's a good manga, it's had six other people do releases (including five in the last 23 days), so it's really hard to buy the "this is better than nothing" when there's clear evidence someone who can actually translate it properly would be doing so. Maybe your intention was good, but it turned into a troll release when you made up dialogue.

@BCS Lol, have you ever wondered why people who don't know Japanese still easily understand the trailers of many new shows?

@SuperOniichan I mean it's a visual medium, with a lot of facial expressions. So you can generally pick up various elements and the basic gist in anime and manga without any words, because of how the visual medium element tells a lot of the story. Same goes for expressive television in say French, you can generally pick up context based on emotional context through visuals. Also if manga and anime like this suck so much, and are just the worst bottom of the barrel things ever. I don't understand why you guys aren't doing something you enjoy more?

Plus clearly a lot of people know that the translation is bullshit. There are people who aren't or weren't aware, that simply trust translations and their accuracy. For anyone to say this manga is awful trash because some people have been deceived by the translator, feels absurdly insulting to the efforts of the author. Placing all the blame on the author and their writing ability, instead of the translator bullshitting people.

@manabi the last legit translator this project had was EmiliaK and he too did try to adapt some concepts with western idioms and spice up dialog whele still staying accurate. this came about only because it could have been worse. i will try to work on a satisfying translation.

@SuperOniichan Figure I'd answer you, since from what I've seen you're pretty normal and up for discussions. Sorry if I'm being a bit sharp. I'm notably not responding to BCS because I've had a firm belief for months now that they're a troll, based on how they make hate comments on I feel like every manga I see on this site...which is kind impressive? But also sad.

@HauntedPizza well that goes for all dialogues written in an unfamiliar language. you learn and consume the original or scoop the barrel. but indeed the best part of this manga is how the author draws expressions

@HauntedPizza I have never said anything bad about the quality of this manga and to be honest, since English is not my first language, I cannot argue about the quality of the translation. I just wanted to joke that many manga or anime use rather specific terminology, so it's easy to recognize even if you don't speak Japanese. I don't quite understand why every chapter of this manga is causing terrible flame, but it makes me pretty damn embarrassed.

@SuperOniichan Makes sense and that's fair, sorry if I was a bit hasty with my response in regards to your joke. I definitely don't mean to be super serious myself, not saying you but I just notice a lot of people hate read things on this site. Which is strange to me, personally I ignore what I don't like, and read what I enjoy . Comment sections on here are often either pretty chill, or are on fire as you said. There's usually very little in between.

I know it's not actually part of the manga, but the last page...

"Brake" is when you are stopping a car using the appropriate pedal or fracture your arm.

"Break" is when you go on vacation or cease doing something for a period of time.

Man, this is such a great manga, but big props to the translators for making it seem natural and converting it over. Really fantastic work all around.

I hope they don't go the yuri route and they make sure whatever guy their friend picks is a good dude and they end up being the maid of honor at each other's wedding and they take their kids to school together and they're best friends until old age
