THANK YOU SO MUCH SPEEDCAT!!!
I've really been enjoying this series and their banter this chapter was just what I needed today~
Side note: whenever I read the title my brain keeps going "weal or woe? weal or woe?" on loop
It's an old-fashioned phrase that means the same thing. Like, I've never heard "weal" used in regular conversation, but I know this phrase from somewhere. So I was wondering if this is common knowledge or something super archaic I picked up somehow??
TL;DR
Have you heard before/vaguely aware of the phrase "weal or woe"?
Please tag or dm me because I'm really curious how known/unknown it is!
