These are twitter memes, not published manga. Mangaka actually love them. They also help artists connect with each other and dip their toes into the world of webcomics. Unlike western comic book artists, mangaka are overworked (3-4 hours of sleep per day for weekly magazine is common), are paid peanuts (unless their work gets super popular) and their works can get axed very easily, without prior notice. They often suffer from chronic back pain too. This often discourages youngsters from entering the industry and self-published webcomics are reinvigorating interest in it. However, even these take a lot of time, hard work and dedication so memes are a nice way to polish one's talent and test the waters before committing to a project.
