Oh yes, this would be nice to have; twi4 manga like Mousou Telepathy and Tomo-chan would benefit a lot from this suggestion.

Precaching the next chapter is on the todo list but it's going to require a major change to the read marker system. Currently, simply requesting the chapter data marks it as read.
