forgot title villainess manga

Basically girl gets transferred to little villainess body. She starts by approaching the brother and acts completely different. Later the people celebrate her birthday by the day in which she came into her body. I think they change her name to be a fusion of their names as well. Parents aren't mad at the new soul, just appreciative. She does something in the soul area so they fuse together (like in the end they hold hands, glowing, that type of stuff, in soul form but villainess is wearing normal stuff, girl is as japanese girl wearing t shirt and shorts).

I will say thanks for this as well. I was reading the novel and forgot which one after I put it on hold for a bit. I guess I'll pick up the manga as well.
