I dislike skipping arcs of a story, but if you just want the hag, here's the adaptation with her debut. Skipping is for losers, though.

Lords have mercy, I may lose myself. The character I have simped for since I first started watching anime is here. A character I still simp for to this day. A character that my close friend knows how much I simp for and dangles that fact over my head. The shame I feel for genuinely simping for a fictional character is grand, but I know that a simping this grand will not happen this grand ever again in my life as I have found a character that will always pull my attention to her. Lords have mercy for I shall fight for the sake of her victory, not because ego is on the line, but because I have problems.
